A vision for the future of education

I'm keen to hear the forum's opinion on the following 5 min vision of education in the future:

Interesting and reflects the current debate that seems to be revolving in the last 12 months with respect to MOOCs. I would also be interested to hear other people's perspectives ...
Several of us are beginning to look towards 'hybrid' courses (online + F2F) because learning is a social experience and our students tell us they don't want to go 100% online. We have also spent a lot of time implementing collaborative environments - student feedback shows that they still arrange to meet F2F.
I'm definitely 'open' to open learning ... just need to be convinced it is equitable and effective. I don't agree that the teacher will vanish just the role will move further into Learning Design and validating the vast array of online resources. There is so much content out there that is flawed and we need to guide the students in how they critically evaluate this.
