Marvin Beans – free and simple molecule drawing
Chem Axon have just released a new version of Marvin Beans – an easy to use molecule drawing tool. There's two versions – one is downloadable, and the other is embedded in their website. They are the same but the downloaded version is much quicker to use.

There are lots of features, but most useful feature (for me) is that you can copy-and-paste the molecular structures quite easily into other documents.
